GA4 tracking vs GTM tracking with Sliderule Analytics

Currently, we utilize Sliderule Analytics in conjunction with GA4 for tracking purposes. However, we are curious about the advantages and disadvantages of integrating Sliderule Analytics with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Are there notable enhancements in tracking or additional benefits gained by incorporating Sliderule Analytics with GTM, or does it essentially perform the same functions? While I’ve extensively reviewed the information available on the product page, I’m interested in uncovering other facts which is not provided on the website.

In essence, I’m seeking insights beyond the documented features to better understand the potential implications and advantages of integrating Sliderule Analytics with Google Tag Manager.

The only reason you’d add Google Tag Manager is if you want to send the data somewhere else via GTM. It won’t affect your GA4 set up at all
