Google Analytics shows no traffic no conversions no revenue

Hello,

I have just noticed that in GA for 29th of February I can only see users and sessions but no data on conversions, revenue etc. In the beginning I thought it was something that would be fixed later in the day but so far it still shows nothing. And for today 1st of March there are absolutely no data on GA. How can I check if there is something affecting the SlideRule app from working correctly?

Can you check if you have User Data enabled?

Hello,

User data collection is not enabled. I can actually see my transactions now are going through. I can only assume it was a problem from Google’s side.

Is your app affected by the Consent Mode V2 for EU countries?

Hi Eleni,

We follow Shopfy’s customer privacy API so consent mode V2 should not be an issue
