Missing GA4 purchase event

I setup SlideRule on client’s store. I’m getting every event (browser_purchase included) but not purchase event!

Can you help me?

Google Signals is enabled.

It seems that another client’s store is not receiving purchase events starting from 1 February. Maybe some Shopify update?

Enabling this feature will permanently break your ability to track purchases and cannot be disabled. I will demonstrate the issue and provide recommendations on how to handle it. Action requested: Do not enable user data collection and create a new GA4 property if you have already enabled it.

I’ve actually found that User Data Collection is configured in two places. The one shown in the PSA link, but ALSO in the Web Stream configuration. Fortunately, in the latter, the option can be switched off.

I’ve just switched if off and will see if purchase data starts to flow again.
