It takes 24 hours for Google to process data so you won’t see any data until the following day.
I added it and connected it, but when I look at the code on the site I don’t see my measurement ID listed anywhere (I disconnected it from the Shopify integration). Is that normal?
24 Hours later, I still don’t see any data showing up, nor realtime data. Any chance somebody can take a look?
It looks like there’s a bug with adding our code to Shopify stores when first installing. We’re looking into it

Has this been resolved? I’ve kind of driven a client to use SRA and they are seeing a ~90% drop in all data in GA4 (sessions, page views, conversions, revenue) and yet Shopify is seeing an increase in sales despite a relatively smaller drop in sessions.

At the point the data became like this we setup SRA and removed the Google/ Youtube channel.
Is this related to a problem with the initial setup?
The original sessions issue should be resolved now. Are you not seeing sessions in GA4? If so, what’s the client’s store?
For further information I reconnected the store in case it was a connection issue.
Looking in real time data reports in GA4 and visiting the website indeed I do not appear.
In conversion events ‘purchase’ events are firing, but browser_purchase events are not.
So, clearly a sliderule tracking problem, but I cannot see what / the cause?
One final thing I might add is that the client actually leaves the orders as unfulfilled. Do orders bneed to be marked as completed before being sent to GA4?
